Community Health Centers Email List

Reach FQHC Administrators, Medical Directors & Community Healthcare Decision-Makers Across the USA

Connect with community health centers and the people responsible for healthcare operations, clinical services, technology, purchasing and organizational management.

Build a list of community health center administrators, executive directors, medical directors, operations managers, IT leaders and other available decision-makers. Use it to promote healthcare software, medical equipment, telehealth, staffing services, revenue cycle management and other B2B products.

Counts and sample records come before any commitment. Business contact data only, never patient information.

Community health center networkCommunity health centers include FQHC organizations, FQHC look-alikes, other community health centers and multi-site providers; these labels can overlap. A single health center organization sits at the center, where leadership and purchasing decisions are made, and runs several service delivery sites around it, such as medical, dental, behavioral health and school-based sites, a mobile unit and a pharmacy.FQHC organizationsFQHC look-alikesCommunity health centersMulti-site providersDesignations and structures can overlapMedicalDentalBehavioralSchool-basedMobile unitPharmacyHealth centerorganizationLeadership, buying

The list

What Is a Community Health Centers Email List?

A community health centers email list is a business contact database of community health center organizations and the professionals who manage their services.

Companies use it to find health centers, reach the executive or director who decides, and introduce products and services that support healthcare delivery and operations. Sales teams use it for prospecting and territory planning; marketing teams use it for email and account-based campaigns.

Most health centers run several sites under one organization. Records are kept at the organization, where leadership and buying sit, with sites added where you need them.

What you receive

Industry overview

Community Health Centers in the United States

Official figures and definitions from HRSA and CMS. They describe the U.S. market, not the HCPContacts database.

Community health centers are local clinics treating medical, dental, mental health, substance use and other needs, and must serve everyone, including people who cannot pay. CMS describes FQHCs as safety-net providers working in an outpatient clinic setting (CMS (source for the FQHC definition) (opens in a new tab)).

FQHCs and look-alikes. An FQHC qualifies through a Section 330 grant, a look-alike designation, or certain tribal and urban Indian programs. Look-alikes meet all Health Center Program requirements but do not receive program funding, and renew their designation every four years (HRSA (source for look-alikes) (opens in a new tab)).

Not Rural Health Clinics. A Rural Health Clinic is a separate Medicare designation for clinics in rural, underserved areas, and CMS requires that it not be an FQHC (CMS (source for Rural Health Clinics) (opens in a new tab)). Most health centers run several sites, so their technology, purchasing and hiring are organized centrally.

These are official HRSA totals, not HCPContacts record counts.

Organization counts are the health centers and look-alikes that reported for 2025. The sites figure counts locations those organizations run, and the patient figure counts people, so the three should not be compared. HRSA says health centers operate in all U.S. states, territories and the District of Columbia. Ask us for the number of HCPContacts records that match your selection.

Targeting example

Build a Targeted Community Health Center Contact List

A telehealth software company wants to reach FQHC administrators and IT leaders in Texas, California and Florida.

What happens next

HCPContacts reviews the targeting requirements, confirms available coverage in all three states, including where FQHC status is verified, and prepares a relevant sample and pricing quote. Because buying sits with the organization, we match contacts to the organization rather than to each of its sites unless you ask.

An example request. Matching counts are confirmed when you ask.

A listing in an HRSA directory or dataset shows that a health center exists and where it delivers care. It does not mean anyone at the health center has agreed to marketing. Follow the email and privacy laws that apply to your campaigns, including honoring opt-out requests. The database holds business contacts only and no patient information. The data was last taken through a full verification pass in September 2026.

Not as FQHCs. Rural Health Clinics are a separate Medicare designation. Ask us if you want them as their own selection.
