Rehabilitation Centers Email List

Reach Rehabilitation Facility Administrators, Therapy Directors & Decision-Makers Across the USA

Connect with rehabilitation centers and the people responsible for therapy services, facility operations, purchasing, staffing and healthcare technology.

Build a list of rehabilitation center administrators, directors of rehabilitation, therapy directors, clinical managers, operations leaders and other available decision-makers. Use it to promote rehabilitation equipment, therapy software, medical devices, mobility products, staffing services and other relevant B2B solutions.

Counts and sample records come before any commitment. Business contact data only, never patient information.

Rehabilitation facility networkRehabilitation centers vary in two separate ways. The setting is inpatient rehabilitation, with overnight stays, or outpatient rehabilitation, with scheduled visits. The specialty can be neurological rehabilitation, for conditions such as stroke and brain or spinal cord injury, or orthopedic rehabilitation, for joints and fractures. A facility can combine any setting with any specialty. Administrators, therapy directors, operations managers and purchasing teams run them.SETTINGSPECIALTYInpatientOvernight staysOutpatientScheduled visitsNeurologicalStroke, brain, spineOrthopedicJoints, fracturesInpatient neuroOutpatient neuroInpatient orthoOutpatient orthoWHO RUNS THEMAdministratorsTherapy directorsOperationsPurchasing

The list

What Is a Rehabilitation Centers Email List?

A rehabilitation centers email list is a business contact database of rehabilitation facilities and the professionals who manage rehabilitation services.

Companies use it to find rehabilitation providers, reach the administrator or director who decides, and introduce products and services that support rehabilitation care and facility operations. Sales teams use it for prospecting and territory planning; marketing teams use it for email and account-based campaigns.

Two choices shape every list: the setting (inpatient or outpatient) and the specialty (such as neurological or orthopedic). You can pick either or both.

What you receive
A spreadsheet of rehabilitation facilities, each with business contacts for its administrators, therapy leaders and other available decision-makers.
Which facilities
Inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and units, outpatient rehabilitation centers, and neurological, orthopedic and occupational rehabilitation providers, subject to available data.
Which details
Facility name, address, website and type, plus contact name, job title, department, business email and business phone where available.
How targeting works
Pick the setting, the specialty, the states and the job titles. We check coverage for that selection and quote for it.

What this list covers, and what it does not

  • Rehabilitation facilities (this page)

Organizations providing physical, occupational, neurological, orthopedic and other medical rehabilitation, and the people who run them.

  • Individual therapists

Physical and occupational therapists as individual professionals, wherever they work.

    Physical therapists email list
  • Substance use treatment

Addiction treatment programs are behavioral health providers, not physical rehabilitation, and are not included here.

Facility types

Types of Rehabilitation Centers You Can Target

These categories overlap because they describe different things. The second column shows whether each is a setting, a specialty or a type of organization: an inpatient rehabilitation hospital can specialize in neurological care and belong to a multi-location group.

Decision-makers

Rehabilitation Center Decision-Makers You Can Reach

Industry overview

Rehabilitation Centers in the United States

Official facility and establishment figures from CMS, the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission and the Bureau of Labor Statistics. They describe the U.S. market, not the HCPContacts database.

Inpatient rehabilitation facilities admit patients for intensive therapy after events such as a stroke, a brain or spinal cord injury, or major orthopedic surgery. They are either freestanding rehabilitation hospitals or rehabilitation units inside a general hospital, and the split matters to sellers: MedPAC reports that 95 percent of freestanding facilities had 25 or more beds in 2024, while most hospital-based units had fewer (MedPAC (source for IRF bed size) (opens in a new tab)).

Outpatient rehabilitation happens in clinics where patients come for scheduled physical, occupational or speech therapy. Neurological programs need gait, balance and mobility equipment and specialist staff; orthopedic programs need exercise and strength equipment. Both depend on therapy documentation and billing software, and on hiring enough licensed therapists.

These are official totals, not HCPContacts record counts.

The CMS list (source for CMS IRF counts) (opens in a new tab) covers inpatient rehabilitation facilities only; Texas (157), Florida (87) and California (83) have the most. MedPAC counts those that treated Medicare patients in 2024, so the totals differ. No official count of outpatient rehabilitation centers exists, and the BLS figure covers the whole outpatient therapy industry. Ask us for the number of HCPContacts records that match your selection.

What to market

What Can You Market to Rehabilitation Centers?

Six categories rehabilitation facilities buy, with the people who usually decide. Results depend on your offer and your outreach.

  • Rehabilitation and Therapy Equipment

Treatment tables, parallel bars, exercise and gait equipment, and therapy modalities.

    Who decides
    Therapy Director, Purchasing Director
    Why facilities need it
Therapy gyms wear out equipment through daily use, and new programs need new tools.
  • Physical Therapy Management Software

Scheduling, documentation, outcome tracking and billing for therapy visits.

    Who decides
    Administrator, Operations Director, IT Director
    Why facilities need it
Every visit has to be scheduled, documented and billed, often across several locations.
  • Mobility and Assistive Devices

Wheelchairs, walkers, lifts and adaptive equipment for therapy and discharge.

    Who decides
    Occupational Therapy Director, Procurement Manager
    Why facilities need it
Patients practice with devices during therapy and often need them at home afterwards.
  • Healthcare Staffing Services

Physical, occupational and speech therapists, assistants and rehabilitation nurses.

    Who decides
    HR Director, Therapy Director
    Why facilities need it
Open therapist positions limit how many patients a facility can treat.
  • Medical Billing and RCM Solutions

Therapy billing, authorizations, coding review and payer follow-up.

    Who decides
    Administrator, Operations Director
    Why facilities need it
Therapy payment depends on documentation, visit limits and payer rules.
  • IT, Training, and Consulting Services

IT support and security, staff education and operational consulting.

    Who decides
    IT Director, Clinical Director, Administrator
    Why facilities need it
Facilities need secure systems, trained teams and help opening or improving programs.

What happens next

HCPContacts reviews the requested filters, checks available coverage in all three states and prepares a relevant sample and pricing quote. At smaller outpatient centers the therapy director often buys equipment directly, so we tell you where a separate purchasing manager is unlikely.

An example request. Matching counts are confirmed when you ask.

Medicare certification and a listing on Care Compare or another public directory show that a facility exists and what it is approved to do. Neither means anyone at the facility has agreed to marketing. Follow the email and privacy laws that apply to your campaigns, including honoring opt-out requests.
