The basics

What Is a Diagnostic Imaging Centers Email List?

It is a business contact database of diagnostic imaging organizations in the United States and the professionals who run them. Companies use it to find the right facilities and reach the person who actually decides.

  • The organizations

Freestanding and outpatient imaging centers, multi-site imaging groups, hospital-affiliated imaging sites, mobile providers and reading organizations.

  • The contacts

Named professionals inside them: owners and executives, administrators, imaging and clinical directors, operations, purchasing, IT and finance leaders.

  • The details

Business contact information on each record, including job title, business email address, phone where held, and the facility name and address.

Why companies buy it

Imaging centers are spread across every state, trade under thousands of local names, and many belong to groups you cannot identify from the sign on the building. Finding them one at a time is slow, and finding the right contact inside them is slower.

A prepared list removes that research step. Your team starts with named decision-makers at the right facilities. Ask for email on its own, or a diagnostic imaging centers mailing list alongside it when you want to run direct mail as well.

Facilities and decision-makers, not a list of radiologists

This is an organization-level audience. It covers imaging businesses and the professionals who run, equip, staff and supply them, which is who you need when you are selling equipment, software, services or supplies.

If you want the physicians who read the studies rather than the businesses that produce them, our radiologist email list is the right file. Both can be delivered together when your campaign needs the facility and the physician.

Know your audience

At an Imaging Center, the Equipment Is the Business

A scanner is bought, serviced, kept busy and eventually replaced. A different vendor sells into each stage, which makes this one of the clearest buying cycles in healthcare.

  1. Buy

A scanner is a major capital purchase, evaluated by clinical leadership, operations and finance together.

Equipment manufacturers, distributors, finance and leasing

  2. Service

Once installed it needs coverage. Service contracts, maintenance and calibration are ongoing commitments, not one-off purchases.

Service providers, parts suppliers, calibration specialists

  3. Fill

The machine has to stay busy. Scheduling, referral relationships and throughput decide whether it pays for itself.

Scheduling and workflow software, marketing services, staffing

  4. Replace

Equipment ages out and the cycle restarts, often with a different vendor than last time.

Manufacturers, refurbished equipment, trade-in and disposal

IT is a primary buyer, not a support function

Imaging produces very large files that have to be stored, retrieved and shared with referring physicians. Image management, storage, integration and security decisions carry real budget, so IT belongs in your targeting.

Volume arrives from outside the building

Most outpatient imaging work comes through referrals, so anything that affects turnaround, reporting or the referrer experience is a commercial concern rather than an operational detail.

For a vendor, the useful part is that the right contact depends on which stage you sell into. Equipment goes to executives and clinical leadership, service contracts to operations and procurement, software and storage to IT, and staffing to the administrator. The sections below set out those roles and the filters available.

The organizations

What Types of Diagnostic Imaging Facilities Can You Target?

How a facility is structured decides where the buying happens, so this is usually the first thing to settle after geography.

  • Freestanding imaging centers

Independent outpatient sites operating on their own, where the owner or administrator usually decides locally.

  • Multi-site imaging groups

Regional and national groups running several locations, with equipment, IT and supply decisions often made centrally.

  • Hospital-affiliated imaging sites

Outpatient imaging operating under a hospital or health system, where purchasing may follow the parent organization.

  • Mobile, portable and reading organizations

Providers taking imaging to other sites, plus teleradiology and reading businesses that buy technology rather than scanners.

The services these organizations provide

These are the imaging services you will find across the market. They describe what the audience does, which is useful when you are working out whether your product fits.

  • MRI
  • CT and CAT scan
  • X-ray
  • Ultrasound
  • Mammography
  • PET and PET-CT
  • Nuclear medicine
  • Bone density and DEXA
  • Diagnostic radiology
  • Outpatient imaging

Targeting a specific imaging service

Selections are built from the attributes held for each organization, so how cleanly a single service separates varies. If your product is specific to one of them, say so in your request. We will confirm what is available and the count will show it before you order.

Where a service is thin, facility type plus geography usually gets close. A multi-site group and an independent single site are very different prospects before service is applied at all.

Who you can reach

Reach the Professionals Behind Imaging Center Decisions

Email addresses of diagnostic imaging centers decision makers, grouped by what they actually sign for. Match the group to what you sell and your first message lands with the right office.

  • Executive and administrative leadership

    • Owner
    • CEO
    • President
    • Administrator
    • Executive Director

Decides: Capital purchases and anything that commits the business long term. At an independent center this is often one person.

  • Clinical and imaging leadership

    • Medical Director
    • Imaging Director
    • Radiology Director
    • Clinical Director
    • Lead Technologist

Decides: What the center offers and how studies are performed. Specifies equipment and protocols, and carries weight on any clinical purchase.

  • Operations

    • Operations Director
    • Operations Manager
    • Facility Manager
    • Regional Operations

Decides: Scheduling, throughput, staffing cover and service arrangements. The contact who feels a maintenance problem first.

  • Purchasing

    • Procurement
    • Purchasing
    • Supply Chain
    • Materials Management

Decides: Supply, consumables and contract terms. A distinct function mainly at multi-site groups rather than single centers.

  • Technology

    • CIO
    • CTO
    • IT Director
    • IT Manager
    • Information Systems
    • PACS Administrator

Decides: Image management, storage, integration, security and anything touching how studies move between systems and out to referrers.

  • Finance and business

    • CFO
    • Finance Director
    • Business Manager
    • Controller
    • Revenue Cycle

Decides: How a capital purchase is funded and how the center gets paid. Involved in equipment finance, billing and business services.

Role availability depends on size

A large multi-site group carries all six of these functions as separate offices. A single independent center may combine four of them in the administrator, and buy IT through a vendor rather than employing anyone for it. That is normal for this market, and it is why we build selections on job function and seniority alongside the literal job title.

Tell us what you sell and which roles matter, and the count will confirm how many records in your selection carry them.

What you receive

What Information Do You Get?

Each record pairs a named decision-maker with the imaging organization they work for. That pairing is what makes the file usable for outreach rather than for research.

Decision-maker information

The professional

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Job title

Three example audiences

Each one matches a different stage of the equipment cycle. They are targeting patterns rather than record counts, and your own count comes back against your own criteria.

  • Texas + Freestanding imaging centers + Owners and imaging directors

An equipment manufacturer working a defined territory.

  • Selected states + Multi-site imaging groups + IT and PACS contacts

A software, storage or cybersecurity provider selling centrally.

  • Selected metros + Outpatient imaging + Operations and procurement

A service, maintenance or supplies company.

Sources & notes

Checked September 2026. Imaging services are only the modalities each organization lists. Location counts appear only where the organization states one; two public companies report employees and revenue in their 10-Ks.

  1. RadNet

442 imaging centers as of June 30, 2026, per RadNet's site. Headquarters, phone and employees from the FY2025 10-K; the 10-K also reports part-time and per diem staff.

  2. SimonMed Imaging

The only number on the site, which appears to be the booking line.

  3. Akumin

Privately held since emerging from Chapter 11 in February 2024, so it no longer reports financials. Phone is the customer service line.

  4. RAYUS Radiology

Formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging. Its site states no headquarters, current center count or corporate phone.

  5. Envision Radiology

Employee-owned since 2017, per its site.

  6. Solis Mammography

Breast imaging only (also bone density and biopsy). Solis describes serving more than 170 communities, which is not a center count. Phone is the home office line.

  7. Lumexa Imaging

Formerly US Radiology Specialists. 188 imaging centers in 13 states as of December 31, 2025, per its 10-K; brands include Touchstone Imaging.

  8. ProScan Imaging

No company-wide center count is stated. The site links no company LinkedIn page.

  9. Inland Imaging

Serves hospitals, clinics and imaging centers in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana; no headquarters address is stated.

  10. Regional Medical Imaging

A physician-owned radiology practice with sites in Michigan. No corporate address or total count is stated.

Looking for Diagnostic Imaging Center Contacts?

The organizations above are public examples. HCPContacts builds imaging center contact lists by facility type, group size and territory, with the owners, imaging and radiology directors, operations and purchasing contacts available for each site.

Reading studies is physician work, so many buyers add radiologists to the same request, or target healthcare executives at multi-site groups. Not every center has every role on file.

How you use it

How Businesses Use Diagnostic Imaging Center Contact Data

Nine practical applications, with a note on what works specifically for this audience.

  • Sales prospecting

Give your team named decision-makers at the right facilities instead of asking them to find imaging centers one organization at a time.

Ask for the parent organization so reps know when two sites share an owner.

  • Email outreach

Build targeted B2B campaigns around the locations, facility types and job roles that match your offer.

Segment by function. An imaging director and an IT director need different messages.

  • Account-based marketing

Pick the imaging groups you want and reach several relevant professionals inside each one.

Cover the site and the head office when the group buys centrally.

  • Medical equipment marketing

Reach the organizations and professionals involved in evaluating, financing, replacing or servicing imaging equipment.

Executives and clinical leadership for purchases, operations for service.

  • Healthcare technology marketing

Identify imaging organizations for image management, workflow, scheduling, billing, integration or security solutions.

IT is a primary buyer here, so include it in the selection.

  • Equipment service and maintenance

Reach centers about servicing, repair, calibration, parts and coverage contracts.

Service is recurring, so timing against a contract renewal matters.

  • Staffing and recruitment

Find the organizations and hiring decision-makers behind technologist, administrative and clinical roles.

Hiring usually sits with the administrator or operations lead.

  • Events and webinars

Promote conferences, product demonstrations, training sessions and industry webinars.

Location does most of the work when attendance means travel.

  • Market research

Segment the imaging market by geography and organization type for planning and analysis.

Counts by state show where your addressable market actually sits.

Who buys it

Who Uses a Diagnostic Imaging Centers Mailing List?

Companies selling products and services into imaging organizations. The line under each one is the role most likely to make that decision.

  • Imaging equipment manufacturers

MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound and related systems, plus upgrades, trade-ins and refurbished equipment.

Usually: Owners, executives and imaging directors

  • Medical device companies

Contrast delivery, positioning, patient handling, shielding and accessories used alongside imaging systems.

Equipment finance and leasing, business insurance, payments and revenue cycle services.

Usually: CFOs, finance directors and owners

  • Marketing agencies

Referral marketing, websites, advertising and communications aimed at growing study volume.

Usually: Owners, executives and marketing leads

  • B2B service providers

Facility services, compliance, training and other professional services sold into imaging organizations.

    Usually: Administrators and operations

Most of these vendors sell into the same building, but rarely to the same office. Matching your product to the right function is what turns a facility list into a working prospect list.

The process

How It Works

Four steps from your brief to your data, and you see the sample and the count before committing.

  1. Tell us your target audience

Locations, facility types, job roles, seniority and the fields your campaign needs.

  2. We build your list

We apply your criteria to the available records and assemble the matching audience.

  3. Review the sample, count and pricing

See what the records look like and how many match, before placing an order.

  4. Start your outreach

Use the contacts for B2B sales, marketing, research or partnership outreach.

Standard delivery: 48hrs. Typical turnaround once scope is agreed. The sample and count reach you sooner, so you can check the audience first.

Every contact is a business record for someone in their working role, which is the right basis for B2B outreach to imaging organizations.

Targeted Data Against a Generic Healthcare Database

A broad healthcare file can be narrowed down to imaging, but you do the narrowing, and the roles left over are rarely the ones that decide. Here is the practical difference in what you start with.

Comparison of a generic healthcare list and a targeted diagnostic imaging list
Generic healthcare listTargeted diagnostic imaging list
A broad healthcare audienceA focused imaging-center audience
Many unrelated organizations to filter outDiagnostic imaging facilities and groups
Mixed job functions with no relevance to imagingSelected decision-maker roles by function and seniority

Broad outreach to a general listFocused B2B outreach to a defined market

Records are maintained continuously rather than pulled once and left. The last full verification pass was in September 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions the sections above do not already answer.

Yes. The audience includes freestanding and outpatient imaging centers, multi-site imaging groups and imaging sites operating under a hospital or health system. Where a site belongs to a parent organization, the record can carry it, which matters because purchasing may sit with the parent rather than the site. Say which you want and we will build the selection around it.

It depends on what you sell. This audience covers imaging organizations and the business roles inside them, which is who you need for equipment, software, services, supplies and staffing. A radiologist list covers individual physicians who read studies, wherever they work. If your campaign needs both, they can be delivered together on one file.

Choose nationwide, a state, a city or metro, specific ZIP codes or a set of territories you define. Geography is usually the first filter buyers apply. Asking for the count split by state is a practical way to see where your addressable market sits before you commit to a campaign.

Ask for the technology function specifically. Imaging organizations handle very large volumes of study data, so roles such as CIO, IT director and PACS administrator carry real budget for storage, integration and security. Name IT as your target function in the request and the count will show how many records in your selection carry those roles.

Send us your criteria and we run them against the current data. You get the available count for that selection, sample records and pricing, with no obligation. We do not publish a fixed database size, because the number that matters is the one for your audience rather than ours.

Yes. Facility addresses including city, state and ZIP code sit on the organization half of each record, so one file can work as both an email list and a mailing list. Tell us if you are planning print alongside email and the count will report how many records carry a usable postal address.

Related Healthcare Facility Lists

Imaging centers are one category inside our healthcare facilities data. For the physicians who read the studies rather than the organizations that produce them, see our radiologist email list. For imaging inside acute care, the hospitals email list covers those organizations.
