What it is
What Is an Occupational Therapists Email List?
It is a business contact file for occupational therapists: the person, their job title, the organization they work for, and where that organization is.
What you get
A spreadsheet or CSV file. One row per therapist, with the work details your campaign needs in separate columns so you can load it straight into your own system.
We build it to your criteria instead of selling one fixed file. You tell us the locations and work settings you want, we check what is available, and you see the count and a sample before anything is ordered.
Every record describes someone at work. There is no patient information here of any kind.
Workplace matters more than anything else here
Occupational therapists work in a wider range of places than most healthcare jobs: hospitals, rehab centers, outpatient clinics, nursing facilities, home health, schools and their own practices.
That matters commercially. A school-based OT and a hospital OT do related clinical work and buy almost nothing in common, and the purchase is approved by different people in each case.
So the first thing worth telling us is where your buyers work. It usually changes the size of the audience more than the geography does.
What you receive
What Information Do You Get?
These are the fields a file can include. Each row pairs the therapist with the organization they work for.
The therapist
- Full name
- First and last name
- Job title
- Specialty or therapy discipline
- Business email address
- Phone number
- NPI, where available
- License detail, where available
Where they work
- Organization or practice name
- Facility type
- Work setting
- Website
- Street address
- City
- State
- ZIP code
- Country
Fields vary from record to record
Not every record holds every field. The workplace columns are the most complete, because they describe an organization rather than a person. NPI and license detail are there when we hold them and missing when we do not. Tell us which fields your campaign depends on, and the count will say how many matching records have them before you order.
Choosing your audience
Find the Occupational Therapists You Want to Reach
You do not have to buy every contact. Tell us the part of the audience that fits your business and we build the file around it.
By location
If your team only covers three states, there is no reason to pay for the other forty-seven.
Country
State
City or metro
ZIP code
Region
By workplace
The setting tells you what a therapist can actually act on, and who signs for it.
Hospitals
Inpatient and acute care teams. Buying usually runs through the hospital, not the therapist.
Rehabilitation centers
Post-acute and inpatient rehab, where equipment and program decisions sit close to the therapy team.
Outpatient clinics
Clinic-based therapists, including hand therapy and orthopedic settings.
Skilled nursing facilities
Therapy staff in long-term and post-acute care, often working for a contract provider.
Home health organizations
Therapists working in patients' homes, which changes what equipment is practical.
Schools and educational settings
School-based OTs working with children. A large group, and one most campaigns forget to ask for.
Private practices
Independent practices where the therapist is usually also the person who buys.
You can combine these. Occupational therapists in rehabilitation centers and skilled nursing facilities, across five states, with a work email on the record, is one request rather than three. Send us the combination and we come back with the count for that exact group, so you can widen or tighten it before ordering.
How it is used
How Businesses Use the List
Six common uses. Most buyers start with one and add others once they know the audience works for them.
Sales outreach
Give your sales team named contacts and a work email instead of a hospital switchboard number.
Product marketing
Put adaptive equipment, therapy products, splinting supplies, assessments or practice software in front of the people who use them.
Email campaigns
Send to occupational therapists specifically, rather than to a general healthcare list where most people have no use for your offer.
Recruitment
Contact OTs about jobs. Staffing firms usually work this audience by state or by work setting.
Market research
Find therapists for surveys, interviews and product feedback, or check how big a segment is before entering it.
Events and training
Promote continuing education, certification courses, webinars and conference sessions to the people they are meant for.
One thing worth knowing before you write the campaign: an occupational therapist often chooses what gets used with patients but does not sign the purchase order. In a hospital or a school district, that goes through the organization. Treat this audience as the people who decide whether something is worth having.

Frequently Asked Questions
Questions the sections above do not already answer.
A standard spreadsheet: CSV or Excel, with one row per contact and each field in its own column. It loads into a CRM or an email platform without any clean-up. If your system needs the columns in a particular order or naming, say so when you order and we will match it.
There is no fixed price, because it depends on how many records you want and how specific the selection is. A single state is not priced like a nationwide file. Send us your criteria and the quote comes back with the count, so you can see what you are paying for before deciding.
Schools are one of the work settings you can ask for, and it is worth asking about specifically. School-based OTs are a sizeable group and a general therapist selection will mix them in with hospital and clinic staff. If your product suits pediatric or school work, request that setting on its own and the count will show how many are available.
The US is the main market and most requests are US-only. Other regions can be requested, including Canada, the UK and Europe and Asia-Pacific, though coverage varies by country. Tell us where you need contacts and we will say honestly what is available before you order rather than after.
No. Coverage differs field by field, which is why the count report lists it. If your campaign only works with a direct phone number, or only with a work email, name that field as a requirement and we will report how many matching records carry it. You are not charged for records that do not meet your requirement.
They can go on the same file. Occupational therapy is one discipline inside our wider therapist data, and companies selling rehabilitation products often want two or three disciplines together. Ask for them in one request and the count comes back split by discipline, so you can see what each one adds before deciding whether to include it.
Related Healthcare Contact Lists
Occupational therapy is one discipline inside our therapists email list, which also covers physical, speech, respiratory and behavioral therapy. Companies selling rehabilitation products often want the care settings as well as the therapists. Audiences can be combined into one file.
