What it is
Registered Nurses Email List
Work contact records for registered nurses: the nurse, their role and specialty, the organization employing them, and where it is.
What you receive
A spreadsheet with one row per nurse and each field in its own column, ready to import into a CRM or an email platform.
It is assembled for your campaign rather than sold as a stock file. You describe the group you want, we check what is there, and you see the count and sample rows before anything is ordered.
Everything describes someone at work. No home addresses, and nothing relating to patients.
This is the biggest audience we carry: narrowing it is the job
Registered nursing is the largest licensed profession in healthcare. Ask for “registered nurses” with no other criteria and the count comes back far bigger than most campaigns can use or afford.
The thing that makes it usable is specialty. A critical care nurse, an operating room nurse and a home health nurse do different work, in different places, with different equipment, and almost nothing sold to one is relevant to the other three.
So tell us the specialty and the setting first. The nurses email list hub lists the twelve specialties you can pick from.

What you receive
What Information Is Included?
The fields a file can carry. Each row pairs the nurse with the organization they work for, which is what lets you judge the account and address the person together.

Two fields worth checking before you plan around them
An NPI is common for nurses who bill for care and much less common for staff nurses, so treat it as a bonus on this audience rather than something to build a campaign on. Recorded specialty is the other one. It is the most useful column here and it is not on every row. Name either as a requirement and the count will report how many matching records actually carry it before you order.
Narrowing the audience
Target Registered Nurses Based on Your Requirements
You do not have to buy the whole database, and on this audience you should not. Start with specialty. It cuts more than anything else and it decides relevance.
By nursing specialty
Eight of the twelve specialties on offer. A product used in an operating room has very little to say to a public health nurse.
Critical care and ICU
Emergency
Operating room and perioperative
Pediatric and neonatal
Oncology
Home health
Geriatric and long-term care
Public and community health
The remaining specialties: cardiac, psychiatric, orthopedic and others: are listed on the nurses hub. Specialty is recorded on the record where we hold it, so the count reports how much of your selection carries it rather than us assuming it is on every row.
By role
Job title separates a staff nurse from the people who run the unit. Worth setting when your offer is aimed at one and not the other.
By location
Nationwide
State
City or metro
ZIP code
By employer, or a named account list
Facility type narrows by the kind of place; a named list narrows by the organizations themselves. If you are already working a set of health systems, send the list and the selection is built around those employers instead of a geography.
Where they work
Reach Registered Nurses Across Healthcare Organizations
The setting shapes what a nurse uses day to day, and it is the second filter worth setting after specialty.
Hospitals and health systems
The largest employer of registered nurses, and where the specialty split matters most.

Smaller teams, steadier hours, and nurses who often cover several roles at once.

Long-term and post-acute care, with high staffing turnover and constant recruitment.

Nurses visiting patients at home, carrying what they need rather than working from a supply room.
Specialty and academic centers
Infusion centers, surgical centers and teaching hospitals. Available as a targeting request.
A staff nurse is rarely the person who signs
Worth saying before you plan a product campaign. Registered nurses decide what works in practice and what gets asked for, but the purchase order goes through the organization. If you need that half of the decision as well, the nursing leadership data and the facility data cover it, and all three can arrive on one file. Recruitment and education campaigns are the exception. Those land with the nurse directly.
How it is used
How Businesses Can Use the RN Contact Database
Two of these land with the nurse directly: hiring and education. The rest usually work best alongside the organization contacts.
Recruitment campaigns
Nursing is recruited constantly: permanent, travel, per diem and contract. Staffing firms usually work this audience by specialty and state.
Continuing education promotion
Licence renewal keeps this audience buying courses and certifications, and the offer goes to the nurse rather than the employer.
B2B email outreach
Write to nurses in one specialty about something that belongs in their unit, rather than to a whole healthcare list.
Product awareness
Get a device, supply or tool known to the people who will be asked whether it works before it is bought.
Event and conference promotion
Fill specialty conferences, product demonstrations and clinical sessions with the nurses they were designed for.
Market research
Recruit nurses for surveys, product testing and interviews: a large audience makes specialty panels easier to fill.
Sales prospecting
Give a specialty sales team named contacts at the facilities in their territory.
Account-based marketing
Add the nursing staff at target health systems alongside the leadership contacts you already hold.
Direct mail
Use the work address where a physical piece or a product sample does more than an email would.
What the data does is tell you who to write to and where they work. It does not promise replies, applications, meetings or orders: that depends on your offer and how you run the campaign. And it is business contact data for professional outreach only, never for contacting patients.
Audience Opportunity Map
What Can You Offer Registered Nurses — and Who Else Should You Reach?
Companies hiring nurses, teaching them, or selling something they use at work account for most of the genuine demand for this audience. Hiring and education land with the nurse directly; most products also need the organization.
| If you sell | Why Registered Nurses may be relevant | Example outreach |
|---|---|---|
| Staffing and recruitment | Nursing is the most heavily recruited role in healthcare, worked by specialty, shift type and state. | Open-role campaigns by specialty and state, sent to the nurse directly |
| Continuing education and certification | Licence renewal creates recurring demand for courses and specialty credentials, often bought by the nurse. | Course and certification awareness, timed to renewal cycles |
| Medical devices | Nurses use many devices at the bedside, so their view affects whether a device is asked for again. | Product awareness to the relevant unit's nurses, then nursing leadership and procurement |
| Medical supplies | Nursing staff handle these every shift and notice what works. | Product sampling or information to nurses, with purchasing contacts at the facility |
| Nursing technology and software | These tools depend on whether nurses will actually use them. | Product introduction to nurses, with nursing leadership and IT at the organization |
| Pharmaceutical and patient-education resources | Administration, safe handling and patient education sit with nursing. | Professional education and approved product information |
| Research and agency services | Large specialty panels are easier to fill with nurses than with most clinical professions. | Survey and panel recruitment, or client campaigns by specialty |

Built around your criteria
Specialty, setting, role and geography combine into one request rather than four separate lists.
Nothing you did not ask for
Columns you do not need stay out of the file, and out of the price.
Sample from your own selection
The rows you review come from the audience you specified, not a generic demo file.
Any size
A single specialty in one state is a perfectly normal order on an audience this large.
Kept current
Nursing turns over faster than most clinical roles, so selections run against live data rather than a stored extract.

Frequently Asked Questions
Questions the sections above do not already answer.
Records are checked and corrected continuously rather than in a single annual pass, and your selection is built against current data at the point you order rather than pulled from a stored extract. Nursing moves employers more often than most clinical roles, so ordering close to when you plan to send is worth doing.
Scope and seniority. Nurse practitioners are an advanced practice role with clinical authority of their own, and they have a separate page. This list covers registered nurses delivering care within a plan: a much larger group, and the right audience for recruitment, education and anything used at the bedside.
Not unless you ask. LPNs and LVNs are a separate role in our nursing data, so a registered nurse selection returns RNs. If your campaign suits both, say so and the count will report each group separately before you decide whether to include them.
That is the usual outcome on this audience and it is easy to fix. Add a specialty, tighten the geography, or limit the work setting. Any one of those cuts the number sharply. We will quote more than one scope if that helps you compare, and a smaller, more specific file almost always performs better than a broad one.
Standard delivery is 48 hours once the scope is agreed, which is a typical turnaround rather than a service commitment. Counts and sample records come back well before that, so you are not waiting to find out whether the audience is worth ordering.
Yes, and it is one of the most common uses. These are work contact details for nurses in their professional role, which is the right basis for approaching them about jobs. As with any campaign you are the sender and remain responsible for following the rules that apply to your outreach.
